Swipey AI Review

Swipey AI looks different from the moment you open it. Instead of a list of characters, you get a feed you swipe through, photos and short clips from AI characters, a bit like a social app where everyone happens to be fictional. Underneath that is a fairly complete AI girlfriend: chat, memory, voice, pictures and video. I read through its pricing page, its terms and what reviewers say about billing, and here's where it stands.

What Swipey AI is

Swipey AI comes from INVAI LTD, a company registered in Nicosia, Cyprus, and it's for adults only. You can design your own character (her look, personality and voice) or pick one from the gallery. The gallery has two kinds: platform characters, and Verified Creator Models, which Swipey describes as AI versions of real, verified creators made from their own photos and voice. Those come with Fanclubs, sets of exclusive pictures and videos.

Then there's the social side. Live Now lets you watch a character live and direct her with a tap, and Duels pit two characters against each other over five rounds while viewers send gifts. It's more of a show than a quiet one-to-one chat, and whether you like that is mostly a matter of taste.

Is Swipey AI free?

There's a free tier, and you can join with just an email, no card. Swipey says plainly that it's limited: you can create a character, browse the gallery and the feed, and have basic chats with platform characters. Calls, pictures, video and the creator models all need Premium.

Swipey AI pricing

At $7.99 a month with no yearly commitment, Premium is one of the cheapest monthly plans on this site. It covers unlimited chat, voice messages, image generation, memories, relationship levels and one Fanclub. What it doesn't cover outright is the expensive stuff. Real-time calls are billed in hearts per minute, video scenes cost hearts, and so do extra Fanclub sets and gifts in Duels.

Premium members get free hearts every day, more if they keep a streak going, plus hearts from quests and a prize wheel. You can also top up whenever you like, and that's the part to watch: a cheap subscription plus regular top-ups can add up to more than a pricier all-in plan.

Swipey AI features

Chat

Unlimited messages on Premium, with roleplay scenarios

Memory

Memories keep the moments that matter; you can see or delete each one

Voice

Voice messages included on Premium; live calls paid in hearts per minute

Pictures

Images that keep the same face and body from one render to the next

Video

Scenes up to 60 seconds paid in hearts, or turn one of her photos into a clip

Feed and live

A swipeable feed, Live Now sessions and Duels between characters

Creator models

AI versions of real, verified creators; Premium includes one Fanclub

Relationship

15 relationship levels per chat, with reward videos

Two features stand out on paper. Pictures are described as character-consistent, meaning the same face and body every time you ask, which is exactly what you want from an AI girlfriend that sends photos. And memories are visible: you can see what she has kept and delete any of it, which not many apps let you do.

Each chat also has 15 relationship levels, and leveling up unlocks a reward video. Some people love that kind of progression. Others find it a little game-like for something meant to feel personal.

Is Swipey AI safe?

It's a registered company with published terms, and cancelling is simple: Account Settings, then Subscription, one click, with Premium running until the end of the month you paid for. Payments go by Visa, Mastercard or crypto.

The billing record is the part to read carefully. When we checked Trustpilot in early October 2026, Swipey had 3.2 out of 5 from 36 reviews, and some of the recent ones complained about charges the writers didn't recognize or didn't remember agreeing to. Two things from Swipey's own pages are worth knowing next to that. Your statement shows a neutral merchant name rather than Swipey. And its terms say purchases are non-refundable, and that disputing a legitimate charge can get your account suspended, so it asks you to contact support first.

My advice: note the date you subscribe, check your statement after the first charge, and keep heart top-ups to amounts you'd be fine losing.

Swipey AI alternatives

If you'd rather not juggle a second currency, Candy AI is the closest all-in-one, with a monthly token allowance inside its plan. Nomi AI keeps calls inside its paid plan and has a real free tier. OurDream AI also uses coins, but with a bigger monthly budget.

• CCandy AIAn all-in-one AI girlfriend: unlimited chat, plus tokens for pictures, calls and video
• NNomi AIA companion built around memory, with voice calls, selfies and group chats
• OOurDream AIRoleplay companions with pictures, video clips and voice calls

My verdict

If you'd rather pay month to month, Swipey AI is one of the cheapest ways into a full-featured AI girlfriend, and its consistent pictures and visible memories are genuinely good ideas. The hearts system and the billing complaints keep it out of my top tier. Try the free tier, subscribe for a month if you like the feed, and watch your statement.
