Match the amount to a Candy AI plan
These are Candy AI's prices on its plans page as of October 15, 2026. Local taxes can make the amount on your statement a little higher, and your bank may convert it into your currency.

A different amount is usually a token purchase: Candy also sells tokens outside the plans.
Why you're seeing it
- A plan renewed. Every Candy plan renews automatically at the same price and term, so a yearly plan bought last year charges again.
- The first month ended. The monthly plan costs $9.99 for the first month and then renews at $13.99.
- Someone else used your card. A partner or a housemate with an account. If nobody you know signed up, treat it as card fraud.
How to cancel EverAI (Candy AI)
- Log in at candy.ai with the email used for the payment.
- Open Settings and choose Unsubscribe.
- Keep the confirmation. The plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Closing the tab or removing the home screen icon doesn't cancel anything. And unused tokens expire when the plan ends.
How to get a refund
Candy AI's refund rules are strict:
- Ask within 24 hours of the payment.
- The refund is refused if more than 20 tokens have been used.
- Only card payments can be refunded.
- In the EU and UK you have 14 days to withdraw, counted from the purchase confirmation email, and the refund is reduced by what you've already used.
Write to Candy's support at support@candymail.ai with the email on the account, the date and the amount.
Should you call your bank?
If you recognize the account, contact Candy first. Candy's terms say a chargeback cancels the subscription and removes your tokens as soon as it's filed, and the support route is quicker while you're inside the 24-hour window. If you never signed up and nobody in your home did either, call your bank, report the charge as unauthorized and ask for a new card.
